Before discovering ACN, Ann had worked tirelessly at trying to build a product-based MLM business without success. Despite passionately believing in the product, Ann was unable to turn her dreams of success into a reality. She was looking for a better lifestyle with more time, money and freedom. Ann pined for the opportunity to grow into a successful leader and develop into a role model for her children.
When first introduced to the ACN opportunity Ann was reluctant to sign up, believing that it sounded too good to be true. “When people started to tell me about this amazing MLM company where you got paid on phones and bills I thought there was something wrong with the model. Wasn’t that cheating? I mean – You don’t have to convince someone to pay their bills”.
Ann said no to signing up six times before RVP, Eugene Piccinotti finally piqued her interest by instilling fear of loss. “After listening to Mr. Piccinotti, I had to reconsider the opportunity. What if this business was going to take off and I had prejudged it?” explains Ann.
Like many other representatives before her, Ann was impressed by how professional and visionary the company was and thought it was great that the Co-Founders were all network marketers themselves. However, the most appealing aspect of the business was the residual income on bills which meant that she could finally enjoy the freedom she had been searching for.
“I was so excited when I realised I could build a massive global organisation without the head ache of being the corporate body – freedom at last!
We are the sum of the people we spend the most time with and I love that with ACN I spend my time working with such high caliber people that I truly care about” says Ann.
Ann loves knowing that she is responsible for how much she gets paid based on how much work she puts in to her business and her team.
When first joining ACN, Ann studied the habits of successful people, adopted those winning habits and invested in her own leadership growth & development.
Today, Ann’s success is the product of those habits and her teams’ success is a reflection of her leadership. When asked about the key to her success Ann says, “Birds of a feather flock together and to attract the best leaders to my team I have become the type of leader I want to attract”. As a Presidents Club member, with more than 11,000 points and a growing team of 2200 representatives, Ann is certainly proving to be the kind of leader she aspires to be, and continues to grow and develop herself and her team every day.

So what advice does Dr McCoy have for new representatives looking for a way to realise their dreams? “It it’s to be, it’s up to me & where there is a will there is a way. Plug that passion and desire into EVERYTHING you do & you can make your dreams come true”.
